The quaint town of Cumberland Gap contains many little shops and restaurants and even a few places for overnight guests including Cumberland Gap Inn. Many of the rooms offer views of running creeks and tree covered mountains while being conveniently located along two major highways.
Previously used as LMU student housing, Cumberland Gap Inn has received many renovations and changes. The most recent of which took place earlier this year when the newest owners purchased the Inn.
Owners and brothers Nick, Johnny and Mike Sayini purchased the hotel in April. They are also the owners of the Dixie Plaza Motel in Tazewell and are very active in management and day to day operations at both hotels.
To survive through economic times the Inn has begun offering discounts to draw customers including accepting competitors coupons. They have also offered a discounted winter rate for those who stay during the less busy time of year for travelers.
The Inn offers smoking rooms, pet-friendly rooms, hot tubs, porches with rocking chairs and many other accommodations to fit anyone’s unique needs.
The hotel is open 24 hours per day and seven days per week. They are located at 630 Brooklyn Street in Cumberland Gap, Tenn.. For questions, reservations, or room rates contact 423-869-3996.
