In keeping with their slogan “Building Communities…Built on Trust,” each year Community Trust Bank assists local graduating seniors in continuing their education. The 2014 recipients have been announced. Abishek Singh, of Middlesboro High School, accepts his scholarship from Tim Helton, Bell County Market president. Singh will attend the University of Kentucky.

Marina Martin, of Gateway, accepts her scholarship from Vanessa Dixon, teller/CSR at the Middlesboro downtown office. Martin will attend Southeast Kentucky Community & Technical College.


Sierra Messer, of Pineville High School, accepts her scholarship from Ed Pope, branch manager at the Middlesboro downtown office. Messer will attend the University of Kentucky.


William Bowling, of Bell County High School, accepts his scholarship from Ed Pope, branch manager at the Middlesboro downtown office. Bowling will attend Lincoln Memorial University.
