The Bell County Cooperative Extension Service conducted a “Plate it Up” Cooking Class on July 8. Participants made Watermelon Tomato Salad. This program encourages healthy eating by increasing fruit and vegetable use in their recipes, providing different ideas on how to prepare foods grown in Kentucky.
