The team won the award for most pop tabs collected with 713 pounds, which equals roughly one million pop tabs. Money earned from the pop tabs, $285.20, was donated to the Ronald McDonald House in Knoxville, Tenn. The group also won the “Life is a highway” award and took a second place achievement award.

Dylan Neal was elected Lt. Governor at the Middlesboro High School Spring Rally. Neal said he was excited and looking forward to the new position, previously held by Ben Slusher. He said he duties include speaking with clubs in their division, get connected with the district and help set the spring and fall rallies.
