A Middlesboro man was arrested and charged with burglary on Friday after allegedly breaking into a house.
Ronald Wayne Lovett, 39, was arrested by Middlesboro Police Officer Keith Lowe and charged with second-degree burglary.
According to the arrest citation, Lovett entered the residence of Sherry Turner on Robinson Lane uninvited and pushed over a baker’s rack. The act caused the rack to break and the items to be thrown on the floor.
Turner was found at Taco Bell on U.S. 25E riding a bicycle, according to police.
He was lodged in the Bell County Detention Center. The jail’s website did not list his bond amount.
