Several plea agreements were entered during recent hearings before Claiborne Sessions Judge Robert Estep.


Savannah Fultz Johnson, 21, charged with attempted child neglect of a child under age eight years, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation. Johnson must pay at least $75 per month in court costs and fines. This case runs concurrently with prior ones.


Jason Fowler, 30, charged with criminal impersonation, was sentenced to six months confinement (credit for all time served since May 27). This case runs concurrently with all prior ones.


Simon Young, 26, charged with two counts theft under $500, was sentenced to two years ETHRA supervised probation. Young must pay at least $100 per month in court costs and fines and forfeits $150 to the Economic Crime Fund. He must not be on the property of Sears.


Norman Allen Henn, 53, charged with theft under $500, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation with one day confinement (time served). Henn must pay at least $100 per month in court costs and fines and forfeits $75 to the Economic Crime Fund. Restitution will be determined during a hearing on Aug. 14. He was ordered to take all prescribed medications and to attend all scheduled appointments with Cherokee Health Systems.


Emma Ann Machelle Parish, 21, charged with simple possession of a schedule II drug, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days BOPP supervised probation with six days confinement (credit for time served since July 9). This case runs consecutively with all prior ones.


Tashia Nicole Lemons, 22, charged with reckless driving and violations of the driver’s license and financial responsibility laws, was sentenced to a concurrent 11 months, 29 days unsupervised probation as long as all monetary obligations are met in full by Dec. 18. Lemons is eligible to be released from probation if all court costs and fines are paid in full by that date. Her driver’s license is revoked for six months.


Yvette R. Hall, 45, charged with failure to maintain lane, was sentenced to 30 days probation and ordered to pay all court costs and fines in full by a hearing on Aug. 14.


Grover W. McFall, 44, charged with driving on a revoked license (second offense), was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation. McFall must pay at least $75 per month in court costs and fines. He is eligible for unsupervised probation when all monetary obligations are met.


Bobby Allen Irvin, 31, charged with violation of the driver’s license law (amended charge), was sentenced to 90 days probation.


Gabrielle Denise Lakins, 24, charged with driving on a suspended license and public intoxication, was sentenced to a concurrent six months TDOC supervised probation with 80 days confinement (credit for time served). Lakins must pay at least $75 per month in court costs and fines. This case runs concurrently with a criminal court sentence and resolves any violations of probation charges resulting from this case by agreement of the parties. This case is being supervised by the same agency currently supervising a felony sentence.


Jason Pierce, 26, charged with driving on a suspended license, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation with four days confinement (time served). Pierce must pay at least $50 per month in court costs and fines. His driver’s license is revoked per the Department of Safety. Pierce is eligible for unsupervised probation once all monetary obligations are met and he is found in compliance.


Louie Taylor Hardin, 36, charged with violation of the financial responsibility law, was sentenced to 30 days probation. All court costs and fines must be paid in full by Aug. 28.


Brandon Lee Winstead, 24, charged with disorderly conduct, was sentenced to 30 days ETHRA supervised probation with one day confinement (time served).


Lora Anne Johnson, 41, charged with public intoxication, was sentenced to 90 days unsupervised probation. Johnson must pay all court costs and fines in full by Oct. 9.
