The Kentucky Highlands Innovation Center (KHICenter) in cooperation with the Bell County Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Middlesboro and Southeast Kentucky Community & Technical College Small Business Development Center, are introducing the eCoaches program in early 2014.

“The eCoaches program is a way for businesses to find the right assistance at the right time,” says KHICenter Director Bill Schutters. “We know that not all businesses are made the same or need the same thing. The eCoaches program is one way we help meet the individual needs of each business.”

eCoaches focuses on providing local leaders with resources and information from a variety of technical assistance providers.

“We’re excited to see this program take off,” says Discover Downtown Middlesboro Executive Director Isaac Kremer. “There are all sorts of resources available for our local business owners, and we know that it takes a lot of one-on-one contact to get the right opportunity to each business owner.”

If you are interested in these resources or if you are interested in being a member of the eCoaches program, contact Luke Ramsay at 606-729-0225 or lramsay@khic.org.

The Kentucky Highlands Innovation Center is a 9,000 square feet facility covering 15 counties of southeast Kentucky as part of the Kentucky Innovation Network. The KHICenter provides technical assistance to businesses within the region to propel economic growth and job creation.
