NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Chris Neal, age 40 of Nashville, Tenn., passed away Sunday, June 17, 2012.
Chris was a longtime music journalist for Country Weekly and M Music & Musicians.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Floyd Berry.
Survivors include his wife, Katie Neal; mother, Brenda Berry (Roger) Cain; father, I. W. Neal; sister, Jamie (Caleb) Christoffersen; brothers, Terry (Sara) Neal, Corey (Angie) Young, Casey Young; grandmother, Beulah (Donald) Vincil.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday at Hibbett & Hailey Funeral Home.
Contributions can be made to the Nashville Humane Society.
