Born April 3, 1930, she was the daughter of Herman Williams and the late Sudie Williams.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Willard King; and a daughter, Faye King Payne.
Survivors include her children, JoAnn King, Flat Lick, Willard (Sandy) King Jr., Lexington, Ky., Randy King, Pineville, Connie (Jimmy Carnes) King, Corbin, Ky., Roscoe (Polly) King, Bledsoe, Robert (Melissa) King, Kettle Island, Timmy King, Pineville, and Robin King, Pineville; grandchildren, Spencer King and Jennifer, Richmond, Ky., Sean King and Rose, Middlesboro, Susan King and Dion, Flat Lick, Shannon King, Bledsoe, Katelyn Jocob and Faith King, Kettle Island, James, Jonathan, Joseph, Christopher King, Lexington, Ky., Laura, Charles, Jennifer Payne; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Creech-Durham Funeral Home with the Rev. Arthur Jackson presiding. Music will be by family and friends.
Burial will be in Hickory Flat Cemetery at Dorton Branch. Pallbearers will be Spencer King, Jacob King, Dion Coldiron, Mark Partin, and A.B. Williams. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Carnes, Mike Long, Dr. Emanuel H. Rader, Bob Madon, and Sean King.
The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m. Monday at Creech-Durham Funeral Home, Pineville, which is in charge of arrangements.
