Middlesboro cross country runners Justus Wesloh, Zach Raney, Jason Raney, Robert Nelson, Andrew Rice and Daniel Nelson make their way down a tree-lined trail during a recent pre-season meet against the J. Frank White Academy. Wesloh finished first overall with Jason Raney second and Zach Raney third as the Yellow Jackets won the two-team meet.
There was also a girls' run with Cumberland Gap also taking part against MHS and J. Frank White. Taylor Grigsby was the top Middlesboro runner in that meet, finishing second overall. The Lady Jackets were second in the team scoring.
