Middlesboro junior guard Donnie Foister elevates in the lane during a recent home game. The Jackets (8-5, 0-2 in district play) host Bell County (4-8, 1-1) this evening at around 7:30 p.m. The boys' game means a lot as far as seeding goes for the 52nd District Tournament and both teams will be looking to snap losing streaks. MHS dropped three games at the Pikeville Invitational last weekend while the Bobcats lost two tough ones at the Lake Cumberland Classic. Today's action starts at 6 p.m. with the Lady Jackets (1-11, 0-2) taking on the Lady Cats (11-3, 1-1). Also tonight the Pineville boys and girls head to Knox Central for a 51st District double-header and Cumberland Gap hosts West Greene in a District 2-AA double-dip.
