Retha M. Partin, 62 of Middlesboro, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday Oct. 23, 2012 at the Middlesboro ARH. She was born Jan. 2, 1950 at Middlesboro, a daughter of the late Eli and Maggie Patterson. She was a born again Christian. In addition to her Parents she was preceded in death by 2 brothers, James and Leonard Patterso; 2 sisters, Evelyn Lamb and Magdalene Patterson.
Survivors include: husband of 22 years, Eddie Partin of Middlesboro; 4 daughters, Rhonda Gerwn of Florida, Tammy Campbell of New Tazewell, Tenn., Bobby Joe Bullins of Pineville, and Billy Joe Bowling of Tennessee; 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; 3 brothers, Ancel Patterson of Middlesboro, Dester Patterson of Tennessee, and Eli Patterson of Middlesboro; 2 sisters, Opal Inman of Middlesboro and Bernice Gilbert of Middlesboro; a host of nieces and nephews.
A Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Capito Cemetery with Rev. Jack Welch presiding. Music by Opal Inman.
