Ricky R. Wilder, age 57 of Pineville, formerly of Brownies Creek, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, Sept. 2, 2012. He passed away at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville.
Born on Oct. 3, 1954, he was the son of Howard and Isabella Miracle Wilder. He was dedicated truck driver for 37 years and was employed by Jackie Turner Trucking.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his grandson, Jeffery and Chloe Saylor and Hailey Wilder; nieces, Jeffery and Kimberly Wilder, Karen Wilder Barnett and Gary Justin and Renae Lynn Dorton.
Survivors include his loving wife, Kitrean Wilder; children and step-children, Joseph Wilder, Jason Wilder, Wendy Wilder (Charles) Saylor, Lisa Helton Belcher, Sunshine Sherrill , Ricky and Sindy Brock; grandchildren and step-grandchildren, Malachi and Charlie Saylor, Dustin Wayne Wilder, Samantha Wilder, Waylon Wilder and Shelby Wilder, Taylor Renee Hoskins, Gregory Scott Hoskins and Brittany Amber Nicole Brock; sisters and brothers, Alma McCreary, Larry Wilder, Loretta and Gary Dorton, Douglas and Shirley Wilder, Nelson and Lois Wilder, Claborn and Freda Wilder, Larry Wilder, Wendell and Imogene Wilder, Conley and Paula Carol Wilder, Keith Wilder, and Jason Wilder; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
At Ricky’s request, he was cremated at the Arnett & Steele Cremation Center in Pineville and there will be no funeral services.
