Two people charged in string of Harrogate break-ins

HARROGATE, Tenn. — A Claiborne County couple was arrested on Saturday and charged with breaking into three different residences in Claiborne County.

James Travis Mills, 33-years-old, is charged with three counts of aggravated burglary and three counts of theft over $1,000 in Claiborne County, Tenn. Andrea Renee Mills, 27-years-old, is charged with three counts of theft over $1,000 in Claiborne County.

According to Sheriff Ray, he received information that Andrea and James Mills of the Forge Ridge area of Claiborne County may have been involved in some local thefts in the area. Sgt. Eddie Hurley and Officer Tim Shrout located the couple. Captain David Honeycutt assisted Hurley and Shrout in their cooperative investigation with Hancock County Officer James Williams.

The officers allege that the couple broke into the following Claiborne County residences: 416 Brown School Circle, 810 Big Springs Road and 6517 Hopewell Road.

Charges are pending in Hancock County, Tenn., and Lee County, Va. Also, it was discovered there were outstanding warrants in Bell County, Ky. on these individuals.

An arrest is an accusation only. Those arrested are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Yeah there lucky.If they had been in Winston Co. Alabama they would be in the funeral home!!!!!!!!!!!
