The Middlesboro Mall plays host to the 8th Annual Festival of Appalachian Arts and Crafts this weekend (Nov. 3 and 4). Several skilled crafters are set up throughout the mall with objects available to buy. There will be live entertainment and demonstrations throughout the day.
