The Cumberland Mountain Fall Festival begins this week. Cumberland Avenue was closed at 6 a.m. on Wednesday. Individuals driving down Cumberland Avenue will need to take Chester Avenue for a detour. After today, 20th Street next to the police station will also be closed. Lothburry will be closed on Friday. Wednesday also marked the day the carnival began setting up rides for the festival.
