Linda Branson Philpot, 47, of Pineville, passed away on Monday, December 3, 2012 in Calvin. She was born in Pineville on June 20, 1964, a daughter of the late Joe and Virgie Jones Branson. She had been a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Peggy Sue Jones and a brother, Jimmy Branson.
Survivors include her daughter, Stephanie Partin; grandchildren, Harlyn Partin and Hayden Gilbert; brother and sisters, Joyce Ann Brock, Brenda Branson and Boyd Ray Branson; best friend, Bill Nantz; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. At her request, Linda was cremated at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Pineville, which is honored to serve the family of Linda Philpot. LIght a virtual candle and sign the guest register at www.arnettsteele.com.
