A single vehicle wreck led to an arrest on Tuesday afternoon. Travis Baker, of Pineville, was arrested on a DUI charge after he wrecked his truck along U.S. 25E near the water plant. He was also charged with failure to wear a seat belt. Kentucky State Police Trooper Joey Brigmon stated it appeared Baker dropped off the shoulder of the road, over corrected and lost control of the vehicle. Freeman stated results of all test are pending. Pictured to the left is Baker getting arrested by Brigmon. Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Officer Jason Freeman assisted at the scene.
