A new toy store has opened for young children to explore. Brick House Toys is located in the Middlesboro Mall and operates during mall hours.
The store has been open for approximately a month.
“I am very appreciative of how the community has welcomed us,” said Brick House Toys Owner Grover Wilson.
The store carries a variety of construction blocks including: Lego, Mega Bloks, Lincoln Logs, Kre-O and many others.
The store also sells several vintage toys as well.
Brick House Toys buys and sells individual pieces of construction blocks as well. The blocks are priced by the ounces.
Wilson stated he wanted to go into business since he was a child, adding he felt the toy store business was the right business to go in to at this time.
” (A toy store) is something the area has needed for a while,” said Wilson.
