We just received word that the body of Forester Bowling Jr., was found not far from where his vehicle was found yesterday off KY 2009 at Bledsoe. The coroner has been called to the scene. We will have more details this evening.

The Kentucky State Police has located the truck belonging to a man from Baxter, who was reported to be missing since May 9.
According to a press release, Forester Bowling Jr., 41, was seen leaving his residence on KY 840 in the Baxter community in Harlan County.
KSP Public Affairs Officer Shane Jacobs said the Kentucky State Police is actively working a missing person investigation.
Jacobs said Forester left in a black Chevrolet S-10 4x4 pickup truck at approximately 4:30 a.m. by himself on May 9.
Bowling has not been seen or heard from since leaving his residence. Bowling is 5 foot 3 inches, 180 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.
Police said that his truck was found in the Bledsoe area on Wednesday, but he has not been located.
The state police requested the assistance of the Bell County Forestry Camp’s searching dogs, also known as blood hounds, on Wednesday to search the area where Forester’s truck was located. The hounds and police were still searching the area at press time Wednesday night.
