Four individuals arrested by the Middlesboro Police Department during the raid of a meth lab operation in January were indicted by the Bell County Grand Jury.

They are Nakisha Warf, Harold K. Price, Ronnie Glen Turner and Charles Wayne Shelby.

Warf, 27, of Middlesboro, was indicted on the charge of first-degree possession of a controlled substance and manufacturing methamphetamine.

Price, 44, of Middlesboro, was indicted on first-degree possession of a controlled substance and manufacturing methamphetamine.

Turner, 62, of Middlesboro, was indicted on the charge of first-degree possession of a controlled substance.

Shelby, 41, of Middlesboro, was indicted on manufacturing methamphetamine.

During the raid on Price’s residence in January, MPD Officer Chuck Bruce found a small bag with white powder inside Price’s top chest-of-drawers, according to the arrest citation. The powder later tested positive for methamphetamine.

According to the citation, Bruce also found a working meth lab inside the residence with tubing and all the other ingredients needed to manufacture the substance inside.

Shelby was arrested because he was found inside the residence with the active meth lab in his lap, according to the arrest citation.

Warf was arrested because Bruce allegedly found two small bags of meth in her left pants pocket, the citation said.

Turner was arrested at the time because he had a small bag of meth on his person, the citation stated. He was leaving Price’s residence when Bruce arrived.

Besides Bruce, officers involved in the case included MPD Lt. Mike Hensley, officers Josh Burchett and Harvey Johnson, Sgt. Eddie Myers and Kentucky State Police Det. Jim T. Whitaker.

Other individuals recently indicted include:

* Daryle W. Garrett, of Middlesboro, on the charge of second-degree robbery and for being a persistent felony offender;

* Virginia Pauline Brock, 34, of Wallins Creek, was indicted on the charge of first- and third-degree possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence;
