A Middlesboro man — accused of cooking meth in his home — has been indicted by the Bell County Grand Jury. Bryan Scott Bogucki, 37, was indicted on the charge of manufacturing methamphetamine.

Bogucki was arrested by officers from the Middlesboro Police Department in October. According to the arrest citation, officer Barry Cowan had a conference call with a female that reported Bogucki was allegedly teaching people how to cook meth at his residence. Cowan and officer Josh Pratt went to Bogucki’s residence following the phone call.

Once inside Bogucki’s home, officers allegedly found several precursors that indicated Bogucki was cooking meth at the residence.

Bogucki was also indicted on two counts of fourth-degree controlled substance endangerment to a child. According to the indictment, there was a 14-month-old and a 5-year-old present at the time of the alleged event.

Angela Bogucki, of Middlesboro, was also indicted on similar charges. She was allegedly present at the time of the event.

The following individuals were also recently indicted by the grand jury:

* Mitchell Hembree Jr., 28 of Middlesboro, was indicted on third-degree burglary charges;

* Jason Brown, 25 of Middlesboro, was indicted on the charge of third-degree complicity to commit burglary;

* Freddie W. Gilbert, 23 of Middlesboro, was indicted on the charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, first- and third-degree possession of a controlled and possession of marijuana;

* Summer L. Hawk, 21 of Middlesboro, was indicted on the charge of first- and third-degree possession of a controlled substance, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and for being a persistent felony offender;
