The Abbey Lane Bridge Project hasn’t started because of the lack of permit, according to Bell County Judge-Executive Albey Brock. A Pineville man is behind bars after being accused of sexual abuse. Bradley Asher, 65, was arrested on Thursday and charged with first-degree indecent exposure and first-degree sexual abuse of a victim under 12 years of age.
