Young women representing SKCTC campuses in Bell, Harlan, and Letcher counties will compete for the title. They will be judged on poise, talent and an interview session with the judges. The winner will receive a full tuition scholarship for one semester and will represent the college at the Kentucky Mountain Laurel Festival scheduled for May in Pineville.
In addition to entertainment provided by contestants, Southeast student Jeff Smith will present his unique brand of piano stylings featuring jazz and pop selections. The reigning Miss Southeast, Megan Mosley, will also provide several vocal selections.
