She attended the First Baptist Church of Morristown. She was preceded in death by her parents: Stewart and Evangeline (Green) Fultz; grandmother, Jane Mabe; sister, Audrey Fultz, brother-in-law, Dale Harrell; 3 nephews: Jason Stewart Fultz, Carl Wayne Green and Sammy Lynn Epperson.
Survivors include her husband of 21 years, Richard Cosby of Morristown; daughter, Melissa Upton of Plain City, Oh.; granddaughters: Kelsey, Ashley and Hailey Leah Widner of Plain City, Oh.; brothers and sisters-in-law: Jack and Brenda Fultz, Wayne and Ann Green all of Tazewell; sisters and brothers-in-law: Kay and Scott Hembree of Middlesboro, Ky., Laura and John Long of Kokomo, In., Jewell and Carlie Taylor of Sneedville, Maxine and Leroy Cheek of Harrogate, Norma and Johnny Leonard of Knoxville, Ruby Harrell of Tazewell; granddaughter, Leah Widner of Plain City, Oh.; a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services were held 2 p.m. Sunday, February 13 at Coffey Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Epperson officiating. Songs Jerry and Carolyn Epperson, Judy Maiden and Mark Epperson. Burial in Greer Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Ronnie Mink, Scott Hembree, Adam Davis, Clayton Parks, Glenn Mullins and Leroy Cheek. Honorary pallbearers: Brett Minor, Johnny Leonard and Chris Upton.
