Rotary International is 100 years old today. Monday, at weekly Middlesboro Rotary Club meeting, Bell County Judge Executive Bill Kelly and Middlesboro Mayor Ben Hickman signed a Rotary International Proclamation proclaming the 100 year Birthday of Rotary International.

By signing the proclamation, Judge Kelly and Mayor Hickman encourage all citizens to join local Rotary Club members in recognizing Rotary International for 100 years of service to improve the human conditions in the local communities around the world.
