Four indicted by Bell grand jury

Four Arjay residents were indicted by a Bell County Grand Jury on Friday.

Larrry Mink, 45, was named in two indictments.

In the first indictment he was charged with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, second-degree trafficking a controlled substance and third-degree trafficking a controlled substance.

According to the indictment, Mink was charged with trafficking methadone, alprazolam, oxycodone and hydrocodone.

In the second indictment, he was charged with selling oxycodone and two counts of trafficking alprazolam.

Ernest Jackson, 71, was charged with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance for alledgedly selling oxycodone.

Andrew Jackson, 39, was also charged with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance for allegedly selling oxycodone.

Jason Messer, 21, was also charged with first-degree trafficking a controlled substance for allegedly selling oxycodone.

Other indictments handed down in the Friday grand jury session include:

Edna Jackson Hensley, 35, of Middlesboro, was indicted on charges of trafficking a controlled substance within 1,000 yards of a school.

According to the indictment, Hensley sold marijuana near East End Intermediate School.

Johnnie Ray Hensley, 48, of Middlesboro, was also charged with trafficking a controlled substance within 1,000 yards of a school.

Hensley was indicted for allegedly selling marijuana near East End Intermediate School.
