She was born Oct. 29, 1959, in Red Bird, a daughter of William Brummett and the late Kelsie Cox Brummett. She believed in the Pentecostal faith.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by father-in-law, Donald Neff; grandparents, Burt and Bonnie Sulfridge, Rufus and Martha Brummett, and Robert and Lillie Cox.
Survivors include her father, William Brummett, Arjay; husband, Larry Neff, Arjay; two sons, Larry Wayne Neff Jr. and Malcomb Clay Neff, Arjay; four brothers, Jim (Marianne) Brummett, Arjay, Earl (Lynn) Brummett, Indiana, Ray (Charlotte) Brummett, Arjay, and Millard (Doylene) Brummett, Arjay; two sisters, Freda (Charles) Lee, Pineville, Alice (Tim) Taylor, Arjay; and a grandchild, Tyler Wayne Neff.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Arjay Pentecostal Church with the Rev. Melvin Beverly presiding.
Interment will be in the Brummett Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her nephews, Ronnie Gray, Burton Lefevers, David Brummett Jr., Adam Lefevers, Wade Collins, Nichols Brummett.
The family will receive friends after 2 p.m. Friday at Arjay Pentecostal Church.
