He was an 1988 graduate of Bell County High School and Bell County Vocational School of Electronics.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Everett and Susie Good, Charlie and Lula Evans and a daughter, Erica Nicole Evans.
Survivors include his daughter, Alexis Brooke Evans; his parents, Otis and Lois Evans; brothers and sister-in-laws: Charles and Elizabeth Evans; Mike Evans and Becky Stephens, all of Middlesboro; a very special mom, Vicky Mink, Louisville; nieces: Amy Martin, Anna Faith Evans; Sara Evans, all of Middlesboro; rebecca Evans, of Los Angeles; nephews: Chris Evans, Middlesboro; aunts: bertie Good, Edna Good, of Middlesboro; aunt and uncles: Glenda and Auburn Owens, Betty and Jay Dyer; Polly Ann and Tommy Graves, Deloes Treece, all of Speedwell, Tenn.
Visitation is Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Creech Funeral Home.
Funeral arrangements are set for Saturday at 8 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. John Gibbons officiating.
Pallbearers will include David King, Derek Harris, Keith Mason, Chris Evans, Ryan owens and Randy Evans.
