A native of Stoney Fork, he was the son of the late Milburn and Bertha Sizemore Brock.
He worked for General Motors for 31 years in the paint department.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Bennett Troy Brock; his brothers and sisters: Esther Rice, Revea Sizemore, Raymond Howard, Reed Howard, Ralph Howard and Ella Belcher.
Survivors include his children: Mona Lissa Hoffman, Glyn Brock and Arnold Brock; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Loretta and Claude Bailey, Gillie and Wilalene Brock, Jeannie and James Wallace and Bentley Brock and a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
Visitation is Wednesday from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral at the Arnette & Steele Funeral Home.
Funeral services are Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Bob Thomas officiating.
Burial will follow in the Battle Grove Cemetery in Cynthiana.
Pallbearers will include Glyn Brock Jr., Jerry George, Eddie Brock, Gillie Junior Brock, Ernest Brock, James Parker and Johnnie Parker.
Arnette and Steele Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
