Amanda Gullett, 20, was charged with two counts of second-degree sodomy and two counts of second-degree sex abuse.
According to Middlesboro Police Officer Pettie Gilbert, who made the arrests, Gullett was the girl's baby sitter and had been for several months when the parents allegedly began suspecting something was wrong.
“They called the police around 5 a.m. on Sunday morning, that's when they go it out of them,” he said.
The Daily News does not identify alleged victims of sexual crimes.
Other arrests this weekend include:
Ricky D. Partin, 49, of Middlesboro, was arrested by Middlesboro City Police officers and charged with fourth-degree assault.
Jerry Emery, 37, of Pineville, was arrested by Bell County Sheriff's deputies and charged with driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, failure to signal properly and having an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle.
Debra Lynn Brummett, 31, of Middlesboro, was arrested by Middlesboro City Police officers on an outstanding warrant.
Ed Hoskins, 57, of Kettle Island, was arrested by the Bell County Sheriff's deputies and charged with public intoxication.
Arley L. Carnes, 47, of Arjay, was arrested by Bell County Sheriff's deputies and charged with driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, no or expired Kentcky registration plates and license to be in possession.
Geneva Smith, 51, of Barbourville, was arrested by Middlesboro City police officers and charged with shoplifting.
Bobby E. Manis Jr., 21, of Middlesboro, was arrested by Middlesboro City police officers and charged with shoplifting and third-degree criminal trespassing.
Michelle Lee Marlow, 37, of Middlesboro, was arrested by Middlesboro City police officers and charged with driving on a DUI-suspended license, no insurance and failure to illuminate head lamps.
Those indicted are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
