Senior forward Brooke Smith was the dominant player for Bell, leading all scorers with 27 points.
The Lady Generals hung tough early thanks to stout defense. Smith scored seven of Bell County's 13 first-quarter points, but was held scoreless in the second quarter.
Lee trailed only 13-8 after the first period and cut the lead to 17-14 at halftime.
But in the second half they had no answer for Smith, who hit three baskets during an 11-0 run and added a three-pointer as the Lady Cats stretched their lead to 35-21 by the end of the third quarter.
The pace of the game picked up in the fourth quarter as Smith added ten more points and Tracy Laos came off the bench to score seven of her nine points in the last frame, as the Lady Cats outscored Lee 29-23, bringing the final score to 64-44.
Carrie Huff hit two threes for Lee in the fourth quarter and finished with 10 points. Guard Krista Haynes hit two threes in the game as well and led the Lady Generals with 12 points. Forward Alexa Orr got six of her 10 points in the fourth.
Jenna Lefevers added seven points for the Lady Cats; other scorers included Katie Dixon with six, Kristen Baker and Katelyn King had five each, while Ashely Frady and Kacy Denny both scored two points and center Teagan Brock added a point.
The Lady Cats improve to 3-0 on the season and will play at Corbin on Monday at 7:30 p.m.
The script was similar for the Bobcats who led only 14-12 after one quarter. In the second they started pounding the ball inside to Ryan Whitaker, who tallied eight of his game-high 21 points, in the quarter. By halftime the lead was 27-18
Bell's success on the inside continued in the third quarter as forward Trey Goins scored all ten of his points in the frame, as the Bobcats pushed their lead to 46-28.
Both teams emptied their benches in the fourth quarter as the Bobcats coasted to a59-40 win.
Other scorers for Bell included Jeremy Sowders with 8 points, Jordan Turner with 6, Josh Whitaker 4, Tyler Brooks, Logan Blackburn, Robert Warren and Shawnta Zachary with 2 apiece and Bryce Mickey and Tyler Harbin with one.
The Generals were led by Bobby Stafford's 13 points, while Chad Skaggs added 8 and Matt Perdue and B.J. Terry had 6 each.
Bell County is now 2-0 and will play next Friday at Middlesboro as part of a boys and girls double-header.
The games were the season's first for both Lee County teams.
