Daniels celebrate 60th anniversary

Thurman and Mae Daniels of Pathfork, celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary today. They were married at the Harlan County Courthouse Dec. 22, 1945. Mr. Daniels is a retired coal miner and a member of the United Mine Workers of America. They have one son, the late Johnny Roe Daniels, four daughters, Bonnie Scott, Hulen, Brenda Templeton and Tammy Bledsoe of Pathfork, and Charlene Blanton of Coldiron, Ky. They also have 12 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
