Charles Delph, 24, was charged with rape and breaking and entering with the intent to commit rape following an incident that occurred in July of 2004.
Delph's charges were amended in September to carnal knowledge and felony breaking and entering. He was sentenced to five years in prison originally but his sentenced was reduced to serving two years in jail, with serving five years of supervised probation.
A Kentucky man was also sentenced in Lee County circuit court on a cocaine charge. James Oliver Johnson, 34, of Middlesboro, was sentenced to serve three years on supervised probation after he pleaded guilty to cocaine possession.
