Free self-defense class set for Jan. 6 & 7

A free self defense seminar will be held from 11 a.m to 9 p.m. Friday, Jan. 6 and saturday, Jan. 7 at the American Combat Martial Art Defense Association. There is no sructured time frame, anyone interested in the free self-defense instruction is welcome to drop by any time from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. All ages welcome.

Newly opened in Middlesboro the maartial arts school is lcoated at 2017 Cumberland Avenue. James Coff, who owns and operates the American Combat Martial Art Defense Association, has over 20 years experience, pecializing in reality based combat, close quarter combat, self-defense, weapons, pressure points, and Chi Gung.

The American Combat Martial Art Defense Association is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday. The first class s free. Men and women's classes are now forming (men and women's classes will be held on different days). Class times are flexible. No contract is required.

“If our scheduel doesn't work for you, make you own. The school is open all day,” says Coff.
