She was born on Jan. 18, 1970, in Middlesboro, to Billy Carson and Bertha Cloud. She was employed at Wendy's restaurant in Middlesboro. “Quick” was loved and admired by many. She will be missed deeply.
She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Carson; and grandparents, Helen and Roosevelt Harris, and Alice Ford and Webb Cloud
Survivors include her soul-mate of 12 years: William Drake; children, Skyler Kinkade age 16, Shalesha Coleman age 15, Samantha Coleman age 14, and DeShawn Harris, age 11; mother, Bertha Gentry and step father, Cromwell Gentry; a very special God Mother, Betty Helms; sisters, Melissa Cloud, Rhonda White, Carmalita Cloud, and Connie Brown; brothers, Greg Cloud, Julian Carson, Peter Cloud and Stephen Thompson; and a host of family and friends of an endless list.
Funeral services will start at 7 p.m. Saturday at Mount Moriah Baptist Church, Middlesboro, with the Rev. John H. Clark officiating. Music will be by Michael Ferguson and Community choir.
Graveside service will be held Sunday at Lynch Cemetery in Middlesboro.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, at Mount Moriah Baptist Church.
