On May 1st, Logan Neely was promoted to yellow belt in Musha-Ryu Aiki-Jujutsu under the instruction of Sensei Mike England, located at Doc's Gym in Tazewell. Logan is pictured with his instructor. He is the son of Richard and Josie Neely of Tazewell.
