Oct. 15-21 is National Business Women's Week, and in recognition of the contributions of women to the business and professional world and our community, the Middlesboro Business and Professional Women's Club will honor six Tri-State area residents as Women of the Day.
The Woman of the Day for Saturday, Oct. 20, is Dr. Kimberly M. Kissner-Taylor.
Born and raised in Wappinger's Falls, New York, she received her bachelor of science degree from the State University of New York at New Paltz in 1999. She graduated from Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic in June 2004.
Dr. Kissner-Taylor joined the Taylor Family Chiropractic office located at 2403 Cumberland Avenue in Middlesboro in 2004 and has been pursuing her goal of bringing health and wellness to the community. She practices a full spine technique with an emphasis on specific upper cervical care, as well as family care.
Dr. Kissner-Taylor is an active member of the Middlesboro Business and Professional Women's Club.
Middlesboro Business and Professional Women's Club ends National Business Women Week activities with a luncheon today at noon at Ryan's Steakhouse. Kissner-Taylor and the other five Women of the Day will be honored at the luncheon, along with the Woman of the Year, Woman of Achievement, Emma Ralston Award and Business Equity Award recipients.
