PINEVILLE - Multiple felony charges have been filed against a man in connection with the alleged kidnapping and rape of a woman in Bell County last May.

On Wednesday, a Bell County grand jury indicted David Cluck, 46, address listed as Bell County Jail, Pineville, on eight felony counts included that included one count each of kidnapping and rape and three counts each of sodomy and sexual abuse.

The events that led to the indictment occurred between May 21 and 23. Cluck is accused of restraining the woman with the intent to commit sodomy, rape and sexual abuse by inflicting bodily injury and terrorizing her with threats to kill her and her family should she attempt to escape or plead for help. He also is accused of committing “deviate sexual intercourse” with the woman and forcibly subjecting her to sexual contact and intercourse.

Kidnapping, sodomy, and rape all are class A felonies. Sexual abuse is a class D felony.
