She was a member of Walnut Hill Baptist Church and a member of Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her parents: Robert H. Leonard Jr. and Amanda Dalton Leonard; sisters: Myrtle Leonard Cosby, Mollie Leonard Ellison, Julia Leonard Burchette, Laura Leonard Edington, Corneia Leonard Shoffner; brothers: Neil Leonard, Dorsie Leonard, White Leonard, Loyd Leonard.
She is survived by her sister: Verna Leonard Beasley of Knoxville; several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were Tuesday, February 13 at 12 p.m. in the Claiborne Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. George Walker officiating. Burial in the Shoffner Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Great Nephews and Cousins.
