Plane crashes at airport

A small aircraft crashed earlier today at the Middlesboro/Bell County Airport.

Thomas Lepsch, 50, of Kingsport, Tenn., was piloting his Bonanza Beechcraft N22PK when he crash-landed on the runway. He escaped without injury.
