Born in Bell County, she was the daughter of the late Good Gibson and Lizzie Roberts Gibson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Alfred and Willis Gibson; and four sisters, Opal, Rachael, Edith, and Frankie.
She is survived by her two sons, Rick and James Fletcher; her nephews, Bambi and Gary Hill, their wives and children; and the many children she helped raise over the years as well as many wonderful loving friends.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m., Saturday, July 21, at Shumate Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Hensley Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday, July 20, at Shumate Funeral Home Chapel.
