She was born May 28, 1929, at Cubbage, a daughter of the late Jim Bear and Sarah Wilson. She was a member of the Brownies Creek Primitive Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Green; four sisters, Rosie Thomas, Norene Collier, Estell Wilson and Kathlene Wilson; and three brothers-in-law, Cecil Thomas, Jim Collier and Harvey Jones.
Survivors include one daughter, Wynona Smith , Sweetwater, Tenn.; two sons, Estel Green, Miracle, and Cecil (P.C.) Green Jr., Miracle; daughter-in-law, Teresa Green, Miracle; two granddaughters, Leslie Sara Green, Miracle, Lorene (Gregg) Breeden, Sweetwater, Tenn.; two grandsons, James Larry Smith Jr., Sweetwater, Tenn., Russell (Krista) Smith Sweetwater, Tenn.; six great-grandchildren; brother, James B. (Peggy) Wilson, Miracle; sister, Myrtle Jones, Walnut Ridge, Ariz.; and a host of other family members and very dear friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Brownies Creek Primitive Baptist Church with Elders John Robbins and Eugene Wilder presiding. Music will be by the church singers.
Interment will be in the Aunt Emily Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
The family will receive friends after 6 p.m. Friday at the Brownies Creek Primitive Baptist Church.
