CHS Band Fares Well at Competition

The Claiborne High School Bulldog Band traveled to Jefferson County on Saturday, Sept. 29 to compete against nine other bands from East Tennessee. The Drum Major, Flag Guards, Majorettes, and Percussion sections were all rated as Superior by a team of independent judges. The Bulldog band played a selection of pieces from The Phantom of the Opera. Matt Gowan serves as the Band Director for the Bulldog Band. Photo by W. Lee Brame
