On Tuesday, Sept. 25, the Lady Panthers soccer team defeated the J. Frank White Academy Lady Knights with a 3-0 shutout. At the end of the first half the game was tied at 0-0. At 18 minutes into the second half Jessica Brown #10 scored the first goal for the Lady Panthers. Shortly after, a new player on the team Taylor Howard #13 scored her first goal of the season. In the final 10 minutes of the second half, Ariel White #7 scored the final goal giving the Panthers a win of 3-0 against the Lady Knights. For the game, the Lady Knights took six shots and the Lady Panthers took 16. Submitted by Haylee Leach/CGHS
