She was born in Jenson on Aug. 3, 1928, a daughter of the late Austin and Zora Hansord Garrison. She had been a nursing assistant at the Pineville Community Hospital.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna Ruth Jones; and brothers and sisters, James Garrison, Broadus Garrison, Robert Garrison, Louise Jones and Myrtle Elliott.
Survivors include her children, Larry Ray Saylor, Robert Lee and Joy Saylor, Iris Claudia and Robert Philpot, Margie Sue Gray, and Phyllis and Jason Stacy; grandchildren, Leigh Ann Saylor, Devona Deaton, Ronnie Deaton, Ann Hamilton, Rhonda Ray, Paul Stacy, Robin Dybvik and Crystal Gray; 18 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with the Rev. Jackie Smith and the Rev. Shelby Money presiding.
Burial will be in the Pinelawn Memorial Gardens, Pineville. Pallbearers will be Paul Stacy, Scott Lee, Johnny Baker, R.E. Philpot, Jason Stacy and Coy Ray.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 9 p.m. Monday at the Amett & Steele Funeral Home, Pineville.
