On the initial raid, officers arrested Kurt A. Warren and placed under a $20,000 bond; Japer David Hipshire was placed under a $10,000 bond; Sara Anne Sockwell was placed under a $10,000 bond; Kathryn Anne Loft was put under a $10,000 bond; Jose Alain Gonzales was placed under a $20,000 bond; and Joseph A. McClintock placed under a $15,000 bond.
Those later arrested were Jerry W. Surber who was placed under $15,000 bond. Jason Tate was placed under a $25,000 bond. Clinton W. Russell was put under a $10,000 bond. John H. Ransnic, Jr. was placed under a $10,000 bond. Matthew D. Painter has a bond of $15,000. Joseph Durman was placed under a $20,000 bond while Matthew Farley was put under a $10,000 bond. Dustin M. Hoskins faces a $50,000 bond while Christinia M. Johnson has a $20,000 bond. Curtis D. Minton was placed under a $10,000 bond. Clarence E. Noe was put under a $20,000 bond. Arville Anderson was put under a $10,000 bond. Helena Anders had a bond of $10,000. Christopher D. Atkins was placed under a $5,000 bond. Alvin Bolden was put under a $25,000 bond. Alvin Bolden, Jr., has a $2,500 bond. Michelle Bolden and Eric J. Carpenter each were placed under a $25,000 bond and Shelia R. Cupp faces a $5,000 bond.
Alvin Bolden, Jasper David Hipshire and Jerry W. Surber also were charged by TennCare officials for allegedly fraudulently obtaining prescription pain killers by illegally using TennCare.
Arrests are still being made on those who are still under sealed indictments.
“We are continuing to do the same thing in the months to come, as well as we have in the past,” stated Sheriff David Ray.
