PINEVILLE — Idella Warren passed away Tuesday, August 21, 2008, at Pineville Community Hospital.

Born February 21, 1941, at Fourmile, she was the daughter of the late Irvin Bud Woombles and Nancie J. Honeycutt Woombles. She believed in the Holiness faith. She was manager of Jerra Storage and Apartments in Pineville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Verda Pursiful, Geneva Lowden, and Wilma Saylor; brothers, Charles A. Wombles.

Survivors include two brothers, Alfred (June) Wombles, Park, Ill., and James (Mary) Wombles, Pineville; sisters, Flo Wombles, Pace Creek, Ky., and Thelma (Edward) Wagers, London, Ky.; special friends, Jerry and Farra Shoffner and children Celia and Nick, Sue Goodin, Wilma Taylor, and Fleta Lewis; adopted daughters, Connie King, Tammy Jones, Debbie Partin, Retha Bishop; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 25, at Creech-Durham Funeral Home, Pineville, with the Rev. Arthur Jackson presiding. Music will be by Kathy Wagers and Deanna Raines.

Burial will be in Pineville Memorial Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Visitation is from 6-9 p.m. Sunday at Creech-Durham Funeral Home, Pineville, which is in charge of arrangements.
