Grand Jury hands down 13 indictments

PINEVILLE — The Bell County Grand Jury recently handed down 13 indictments. Those indicted will soon make a preliminary appearance in court to enter a plea.

Sabrina Carol Hoskins, 26, of Pineville has been indicted for unlawful possession of Methamphetamine precursor.

Greg Allen Sampson, 32, of Pineville has been indicted for unlawful possession of Methamphetamine precursor.

Chris Thompson, 21, of Ingram has been indicted for receiving stolen property over $300.

Dewey Arnold Gibson, 35, of Ingram has been indicted for receiving stolen property over $300.

Sam Lambdin, 21, of Ingram has been indicted for receiving stolen property over $300.

Jeremiah Clayton Barnett, 20, of Middlesboro has been indicted for first degree robbery.

Travis Edward Monday, 32, of Middlesboro has been indicted for being a persistent felony offender in the second degree.

Genia Sue Mason, 35, of Arjay has been indicted for trafficking in Hydrocodone, in the second degree.

John Michael Whitaker, 22, of Middlesboro has been indicted for first degree burglary and possession of marijuana.

William Justus Brock, 32, of Pineville has been indicted for trafficking in Methadone in the first degree and persistent felony offender in the second degree.

Michael Lynn Willis, 37, of Fourmile has been indicted for first degree assault and wanton endangerment in the first degree.

Nathan Clouse, 28, of Middlesboro has been indicted for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence; possession of marijuana; endangering he welfare of a minor; unlawfully possessing Alprazolam; unlawfully possessing Oxycodone; and being a second degree persistent felony offender.

Timothy Coffman, 27, of Pineville has been indicted for third degree criminal trespass; alcohol intoxication in a public place; disorderly conduct and third degree assault.

The indictment of a person by a grand jury is an accusation only, and that person is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
