Sentences handed down in Bell Circuit Court

PINEVILLE -- The Bell County Circuit Court has handed down more sentence’s for those that have committed crimes. Most have been sentenced to prison.

Phyllis Jones, 45, of Fourmile has been sentenced to prison for second degree trafficking in controlled substance. She was given a sentence of two years in prison.

Kristina Lynette Worley, 23, of Pineville plead guilty to second degree trafficking in a controlled substance. She was sentenced to two years in prison and the sentence was probate to be placed for supervised probation for three years.

Proctor Monroe Jones, 46, of Fourmile, plead guilty to two counts of second degree trafficking in a controlled substance. He was sentenced to three years in prison, on both counts.

Billy Ray Jones, 23, of Pineville, plead guilty to two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance in or near a school. He was sentenced to three years in prison for count one and two years in prison for count two and the sentences shall run consecutively. Jones shall actually serve ninety days in the Bell County Jail and be placed on supervised probation for five years.

Lonnie Dale Schooler, 57, of Middlesboro has plead guilty to second degree trafficking in a controlled substance and second degree trafficking in a controlled substance. He was sentenced to five years in prison on count one and one year on count two and the sentences shall run consecutively with each other.

Tammy Michelle Partin, 34, of Tazewell has plead guilty operating a motor vehicle while under the influence; first degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to five years in prison and 30 days in the Bell County Jail for first degree possession of a controlled substance and 90 days in the Bell County Jail for possession of drug paraphernalia and the sentences shall run concurrently with each other. She is to actually serve 30 days in jail under count one and 90 days in the Bell County Jail and to run concurrently with counts four and five and be placed on unsupervised probation of a period of five years.

Pamela Gail Brooks, 47, of Arjay has plead guilty to third degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. She was placed on 12 months sentence in the Bell County Jail and that the sentence be probated on unsupervised probation for 24 months.

Virginia M. Redden, 26, of Ewing and plead guilty to second degree possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; public intoxication and endangering the welfare of a minor. Redden has been sentenced to 12 months in the Bell County Jail under Count I and 90 days in the Bell County Jail under counts II through IV. He is to be placed on 24 moths of unsupervised probation.

Jonathan Scott Wilson, 26, o Pineville has plead guilty to third degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and was sentenced to 12 months in the Bell County Jail and that sentence is to run concurrently with sentences imposed in Bell Indictments 06-CR-00294 and 06-00286,

Kenneth Dewayne Overton, 24, off Middlesboro has plead guilt to receiving stolen property under $300. He was sentenced to 12 months in the Bell County Jail, and that the sentenced is to be probated and placed on supervised probation for 24 months.
